What time will you arrive?
We like to ensure you have the best experience and are ready to go when your guests arrive. The set-up and removal time of our photo booth is not part of your booking and is Free of Charge, once your booking is confirmed we will liase with your venue manager to ensure we are ready in time.


How far in advance should you book?
You should book as far in advance as possible, Sweet Memories Events have photobooths and equipment which is very popular. Please use our booking form and we will reserve your place on a first come first serve basis, once reserved the booking will be held for 48hours to allow for the deposit to be paid, all the details will come through in a purchase confirmation pack.

Are you insured?
Yes in order for us to operate we have Public Liability Insurance and can provide certificates if required.

Do you have Staff on Site?
Yes, with all our Photo Booth Packages we have a minimum of 2 staff on site to ensure your guests get the best possible service.

When do we get the photos?
Your guests will get a copy of each photo taken instantly, a second copy of every photo will be kept safe and placed in an album as a gift to you. You can either designate for someone to take it on the day/night or we can post it to you post event.

Can we choose colour or black & white?
Sure no problems, both look great however you will need to choose prior to the event.

Can I have Green Screen and Video Messages during the same night?
Yes you can however there are two options to choose from: you can have a pre-determined video message segment scheduled into your night or alternatively we can simply manually change your program during the night as required.

How can I pay for the Photo Booth Hire?
When you get your invoice there will be a link to a secure paypal payment system which will also accept Mastercard or Visa.

Can I put my company logo on the prints?
Sure, this is very common for corporate clients, either the logo can be printed on the strip or you may wish to book our Green Screen Booth and have a custom background image used for your event.
